I'm Finally Doing This

Moving away from Meta — Join Me

If you’ve been following me on Meta, you know I’ve been wanting to move away from it for a while. This is it. Substack feels like the right home for the kind of writing and connection I actually want to create — honest, unscripted, and real.

This publication, AuDHD Journeys, has been up and running for a while now, and I’m excited to dive even deeper with you all by turning on paid tiers.

Here’s what you can expect:

Free tier — One to two short essays per week, on a loose schedule. No rigid format, just honest writing when it comes to me — relatable life experiences, identity work, late-in-life discovery, reframing lived experiences, and neurodivergent entrepreneurial stuff. Real and raw, in the moment.

Paid tier — $8/month or $80/year — Everything in the free tier, plus two videos per month. These won’t be scripted, and are a chance for me to dive even deeper than my writing.

There And Back Again (yes, always going to do the LOTR reference where I can) will be my video essay series — processing lived experiences around identity, addiction, burnout (especially Autistic burnout), and late-in-life discovery. Basically a video version of my essays so you can have more access to me, more connection. Something you can watch over lunch or listen to on a walk and feel a little more seen.

The second video each month is an advice column format. Paid subscribers submit questions in advance through a simple form, and I answer them on camera. Same vibe as my writing — nothing is off limits. AuDHD, relationships, work, life, whatever’s weighing on you.

Founding Member tier — Everything in paid, plus six months of access to the Neuropreneur community on Circle later this year (valued at over $500). If you want to go deeper and be surrounded by other like-minded individuals who are neurodivergent and running their own businesses, this is the tier for it.

I’m excited to go deeper with my first video essay, dropping early next week, where I share all about my gambling addiction and recovery. I’ve never told this story like this.

This is me getting off Meta, getting more personal, and showing up in a space that’s actually built for this kind of work. I’d love to have you with me.

Doubt yourself. Do it anyway.
